I love the location and the food was great in a calm and cosy environment just round the corner of the busy Krakow. We found place for 7 on the same day and we really enjoyed it.

Came here on a recommendation from a friend. I had mixed experience. Firstly there was one table leaving as we arrived which meant we had the entire place to ourselves, not great for atmosphere. Strange I thought given other places were fully booked. We were greeted by a waiter. He showed us to our seats and brought us menus. We both ordered the lamb pierogi and no regrets. It was so utterly delicious!! Followed by apple pie which had lovely flavours but was cold in parts like it had been reheated. My friend and I had to laugh at just how bad the waiting service was. We found it funny because the food had been so delicious, I think had this not been the case we would have not enjoyed this evening at all. The waiter paced while we ate, was very abrupt to deal with and didn’t break a smile once. Maybe on a different night you could catch him in a good mood. Come for the food not the service.

Around the corner of the main tourist streets, this little gem has good food and fine service. If you want to have dinner in the center without loud english tourists, this is the place.

Excellent food, excellent service! We came to celebrate a 50 year anniversary and every thing was on top! Izaak, our waiter was so great, he even managed to calm our 4 year old which was crying all the way to the restaurant. The starters, the soups and the meat - all delisios !!! Definitely will came back on our next trip!
